Quick Guide

1 Defeat the A.o.A members in the Admin Center and make your way to the Master Room.
2 Defeat the MAGAMI President at A.o.A’s Headquarters.

Amaterasu City

As soon as you get to Amaterasu Bridge, the game will proceed automatically.

Lisa will meet you in front of the city gates. Teaming up with the Resistance, you are going to raid Amaterasu City.

A cutscene will play, showing what’s going on in the Real World. Vemmon has merged with the Juggernaut and digivolved into Destromon. When the cutscene ends, you will enter Amaterasu City.

Tip: Before proceeding, stop by the armory and upgrade your gear. Amaterasu City’s armory has the strongest equipment you will find at this point in the game.

Continue to the Main Lobby, then head over to the Admin Center. In order to break in you will have to fight off the A.o.A Attackers guarding the entrance.

MegaSeadramon (Alt) Darkness Ice, Machine, Thunder, Wind Fire, Water
Maildramon (Alt) Thunder, Water Darkness, Wind Fire, Ice, Machine

You’ve already faced these two Digimon before, so this fight should go smoothly. There aren’t any special mechanics to be aware of, so just use your strongest moves.

After the fight, you will gain access to the Admin Center.

Admin Center 1F

Once you enter the Admin Center, turn left and take on the Attackers.

Puppetmon Fire Darkness, Thunder, Water, Wind Ice, Machine
Piedmon None Fire, Ice, Machine, Thunder, Water, Wind Darkness
Creepymon (Mantled) Wind Machine, Thunder, Water Darkness, Ice, Fire

This is one of the toughest grunt teams you will face in the game.

Tip: If you decide to explore the Admin Center, including the basement and the side rooms, you will run into a fair share of Attackers, so be prepared to deal with them.

Puppetmon, just like the Xuen Wu Chief’s, will deal a massive amount of damage with a single hit. Stick to the same strategy from the previous encounter.

Piedmon will take advantage of its high Speed stat, and will constantly get a second move.

While its attacks don’t hit as hard as Puppetmon’s, Piedmon will still deal between 1,000 and 1,200 damage. In other words, if it manages to go twice in a row, Piedmon will have a good chance of KO’ing your Digimon with a critical.

Creepymon is the weakest of the three. The Demon Lord of Wrath will only deal about 600 damage per hit, and will also go down quickly.

After you are done with the Attacker, continue up the two sets of stairs and head towards the second floor.

From the second floor’s entrance, turn right and take on the A.o.A Soldier.

Guardromon (Alt) Thunder, Water Darkness, Fire, Wind Ice, Machine

Again, no new Digimon here. Guardromon will hit really hard, just like its Asuka Server counterpart. However, it is also quite frail, and will likely go down in one hit.

After you defeat the Soldier, walk up the two sets of stairs nearby.

Turn left at the top of the stairs and take on the next Soldier.

After that, the way to the Master Room will be clear.

The Master Room

Heal your party before proceeding, as you will face two boss fights in a row.

Tip: Explore the remaining parts of the Admin Center before entering the Master Room. The A.o.A members are a great source of EXP.

Once you enter the Master Room, the game will continue automatically.

Unlike the Asuka Admin Center, there is no puzzle this time. You will be able to enter the A.o.A Headquarters right away.

Knightmon Thunder Darkness, Ice, Machine, Water Fire, Wind

Knightmon has a very low Wisdom stat, so it will take a huge amount of damage from Thunder techniques.

However, since it has a massive HP pool, Knightmon will be able to hang on for a few turns.

This fight only has one mechanic you will need to watch out for: Soul Charge.

On the fifth turn, Knightmon will always cast Soul Charge. This technique allows Knightmon to double the damage of its next attack.

On the following turn, Knightmon will use its signature tech, Berserk Sword. This attack will hit twice, and, with the boost from Soul Charge, will deal about 2,000 damage per hit. In other words, this will be a guaranteed one-hit KO, unless your Digimon is way overleveled.

You should be able to finish this fight off before Knightmon gets to use Berserk Sword, however. Again, just exploit its low Wisdom, and keep firing off your strongest magic Thunder techniques.

After you are done dealing with the Royal Guards, you will take on the MAGAMAI President – but he prefers to go by Chief Officer instead.

Chief Officer Boss Fight

Chief Officer Details
Digimon Elemental Weaknesses Neutral Damage Elemental Resistances
MetalSeadramon (Alt) Darkness, Thunder Ice, Wind Fire, Machine, Water
VenomMyotismon None None Darkness, Fire, Ice, Machine, Thunder, Water, Wind
Raidenmon Water Darkness, Fire, Wind Ice, Machine, Thunder

MetalSeadramon isn’t much stronger than its Ultimate form, which you’ve already faced earlier. Just watch out for its signature tech, God Bombard, which can deal between 700 and 1,000 damage.

VenomMyotismon is quite tanky, and will take a while to go down – especially with its high elemental resistances. Just like most dark Digimon, VenomMyotismon will keep using Dark Elemental.

Once you take down VenonMyotismon, get ready to take on Raidenmon – one of the toughest Digimon you will fight in the game.

First off, the Chief Officer’s ace hits for about 1,200 damage to 1,500 damage with its basic attacks. Despite its Water weakness, Raidenmon has a jumbo-sized HP bar, and will probably take between six and eight turns to go down.

Once it drops below 50% HP, Raidenmon will cast Gilead Plant. This is the mechanic you will have to watch out for.

Gilead Plant will restore about 25% of Raidenmon’s HP, and will also boost its next attack. When that happens, don’t attack Raidenmon after it casts Gilead Plant. Just sit back, either heal your party or boost your stats, and wait for a full turn.

Attacking Raidenmon immediately after Gilead Plant will trigger a counter, Big Charge Bomb. This technique will hit for double damage, and will also be followed by a boosted attack right away. In other words, your Digimon will inevitably get KO’d.

In order to deal with Raidenmon, you can choose one of these strategies:

  • Keep boosting your Digimon’s stats from the start of the battle. Once your main Digimon goes down, bring it back up with a Life Disk, then keep up with the stat boosts. With five or six boosts, you should be able to take Raidenmon down in two or three hits, which will allow you to ignore Gilead Plant.
  • Go on defense from the start. Just keep healing through the damage, and wait for the Counter Crest to activate. This is the easiest strategy, but, depending on which version you are playing on, it can also be the most time-consuming option. A single counter won’t be enough to take Raidenmon down, so be prepared to play around Gilead Plant at least once.
  • Fight normally, and take Raidenmon down to about 60% HP. After that, start boosting your Digimon’s stats. Once you get to five or six boosts, you should be able to take Raidenmon down in a single hit, without having to worry about Gilead Plant.

Once the fight is over, the MAGAMI President/Chief Officer will immediately turn himself in.

Teddy will then manage to stop Destromon’s rampage, and will destroy the Digimon in the process.

Now you will have to get the Amaterasu Server back to normal, turning all Oinkmon back into regular players – while waiting for the A.o.A leader to finally show up.
