Chickens are a farm animal that you can raise in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town. They reside inside the coop and produce Eggs every day.

You can purchase a Chicken from Lillia at PoPoultry Ranch for only 1,500 G. Once placed in your coop, it will be fully mature and will start laying Eggs. Then you can incubate those eggs to hatch new chickens for your farm.

Eggs

A mature Chicken will produce a fresh Egg every single day, as long as it has been fed with Chicken Feed the day before. You can increase Egg quality by raising your Chicken’s heart levels.

Once harvested, any quality Egg can be placed in a Mayonnaise Maker to produce a bottle of Mayonnaise at the same quality level.

Acquiring Chickens

An adult Chicken purchased from PoPoultry Ranch should be fully mature and ready to start laying Eggs right away.

But you can also breed new Chickens anytime by placing a laid egg into the coop’s incubator box. A chick will emerge from the egg after 3 days, and that chick will then mature into an adult Chicken in 7 days.

Selling Chickens

Any of your chickens can be sold back to Lillia at any life stage.

Though if you have any with 8+ hearts or any that have won the Cluck-Cluck Clash festival then it’s usually not worth the hassle of selling those off.
