Every year on Summer 20th, the Moo-Moo Festival is held in Rose Plaza to see who has the best cow in town. Winning the festival requires an adult cow with very high affection.
Your winning cow will then be able to produce Gold-quality milk (or even higher, depending on certain conditions).
Requirements & How to Enter
The only requirement to enter the contest is to have one adult cow on your farm.
On Summer 19th, the day before the festival, Mugi will visit your farm to invite you. You can then choose which of your adult cows to enter.
The cows are judged based on their affection level, so it’s best to enter the one with the most hearts. An almost guaranteed victory requires 8 hearts or more.
Event Details
To join the festival, head to Rose Plaza after 10:00 AM on Summer 20th. You can talk to any of the villagers first, and when you’re ready, speak with Mugi to begin the judging.
There is no minigame for this event.
Mugi will simply inspect all the contestants and announce the winner based on their friendship level with their owner.
Prizes & Benefits
The first time you win the Moo-Moo Festival, Mugi will award you with the Golden Cow Trophy, which you can display in your farmhouse.
You’ll also receive +20 friendship points with all the villagers for winning.
If your winning cow also has 8 or more hearts, it will begin to produce Gold-quality milk. Depending on other conditions, it can also produce Platinum and X-quality milk. You can visit our Milk wiki page to learn more about these different quality levels.
