Alexandrite is one of the rarest and most valuable gems in the game. It can only be found deep within the Lake Mine during Winter. A unique property of this gem is that its color changes depending on whether you are indoors (red) or outdoors (green).
Finding Alexandrite
You can find Alexandrite by smashing rocks with your Hammer in the Lake Mine. It’s a very rare gem and typically only appears on specific deep floors. Due to its rarity, you might only find one per floor, if any at all.

Uses
The main use for Alexandrite is as a key ingredient in crafting a Winter Sun via cooking.
