Mithril is a strong ore found in the Spring Mine. It does not sell for much, but it is a key component for upgrading your tools to a much more efficient level.
Finding Mithril
Mithril can be found by breaking rocks with your Hammer in the Spring Mine. It starts appearing on floor 9 and can be found on any floor below that.
If you have the Mine Elevator unlocked, you can save time by traveling directly to floor 10 or deeper to begin your search.
Uses
The primary use for Mithril is to upgrade your Gold tools to their Mithril versions at Saibara’s Forge. This is a significant upgrade that greatly increases the area of effect for your tools.
Each Mithril upgrade costs 5,000 G and requires one piece of Mithril. You must also have 100% experience with the Gold tool you want to upgrade.
Gifting
Mithril is a great gift choice for a handful of villagers in Mineral Town.
