Silver is an ore that can be found in the Spring Mine. While it doesn’t sell for a high price, it is essential for the second tier of tool upgrades, making your farm life much more efficient.
Finding Silver Ore
Silver Ore can be found by breaking rocks with your Hammer in the Spring Mine. It begins to appear on floor 3 and can be found on any floor deeper than that.
If you have unlocked the Mine Elevator, you can save time by traveling directly to a floor past level 3 to begin your search.
Uses
The main use for Silver Ore is to upgrade your Copper tools to their Silver versions at Saibara’s Forge. Each Silver tool upgrade costs 2,000 G and requires one piece of Silver Ore.
You will also need to have 28% experience with the Copper tool you wish to upgrade.
Gifting
Silver Ore is an excellent gift for a couple of specific villagers.
