There is a 19.5% chance it will appear on the floor each time you till a patch of dirt on this floor.
The stone can only be obtained once per game.

The sole purpose of the Tomatosetta Stone is to teach you the recipe for Ketchup. Once obtained, the recipe is permanently added to your cookbook.
