The Face Pack (or Face Mask) is a spa item that you can only get as a prize by exchanging Medals at the Spring or Autumn Derby. You can get Medals by purchasing them directly, or by winning bets at the Derby Horse Races.
Location
The only way to get Face Packs is from the prize booth area at the Horse Race.
You can exchange medals for prizes at Mayor Thomas’ stall in the top-left corner of Rose Plaza during either Derby festival.
To buy a Face Pack, interact with Mayor Thomas during the festival to open the Prize shop. Make sure you already have Medals in your wallet or you won’t be able to buy anything.
One Face Pack will cost 42 Medals, which is equivalent to 2,100 G if you buy the Medals instead of gambling in the race.
Gifting
The Face Pack is a loved or liked gift for many villagers, including all Nature Sprites and several marriage candidates.

Selling
Face Packs can be sold to Huang for anywhere between 1,800 and 2,700 G. His shop is located in Zack’s house on Mineral Beach.
To sell an item to Huang, interact with him in front of his cardboard box counter while holding the item. He will make an offer, which you can then reject an unlimited number of times until you get the price that you want.
