You can exchange Medals for a bottle of Perfume at either the Spring or Autumn Derby horse races. Each bottle of Perfume will cost 150 Medals, and this is the only way to get perfume in the game.
Location
Perfume is one of the prizes you can claim at Mayor Thomas’ stall at either of the Derbies.
To buy a bottle of Perfume, interact with Mayor Thomas during the festival in the top-left corner at his booth. This will open the Prize shop menu listing all the items you can buy, and you’ll find Perfume near the top of the list.
One bottle of Perfume will cost 150 Medals, which is equivalent to 7,500 G if you buy the Medals instead of gambling in the race.
Gifting
Perfume is a loved gift for several marriage candidates and some villagers.

Selling
Perfume can be sold to Huang for anywhere between 5,800 and 6,700 G. His shop is located in Zack’s house on Mineral Beach.
To sell an item to Huang, interact with him in front of his counter while holding the item.
He will make an offer, which you can then reject an unlimited number of times until you get the price that you want.
