Sunblock is an item that you can only get by exchanging Medals at the Spring or Autumn Derbies. You can either buy Medals or win them by betting on the Horse Races.
Location
Sunblock is one of the prizes you can claim at Mayor Thomas’ stall at any Horse Derby.
To buy Sunblock, simply interact with Mayor Thomas during the festival. Make sure you already have Medals in your wallet (you can participate in a couple of races to boost your winnings).
One bottle of Sunblock will cost 30 Medals, which is equivalent to 1,500 G if you buy the Medals instead of gambling in the race.
Gifting
Sunblock is a loved or liked gift for many villagers, including all Nature Sprites and several marriage candidates.

Selling
Sunblock can be sold to Huang for anywhere between 1,480 and 1,570 G. His shop is located in Zack’s house on Mineral Beach.
To sell an item to Huang, interact with him over the counter while holding the item. He will make an offer for you, which you can then reject an unlimited number of times until you get the price that you want.
