Autumn Sun is a rare and expensive item that you can make in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town.
There are a lot of ingredients needed to make Autumn Sun, so be prepared to stock up on a lot of animal products throughout the year. The purpose of the Sun items is mainly for 100% completion, and for selling to Huang for a nice profit.
Learning the Recipe
Lou is the visitor from the Forgotten Valley that appears in Mineral Town after you offer 75 gifts to the Harvest Goddess. You can visit her in her room on the 2nd floor of Dudley’s Inn every Sunday.
Befriending Lou will prompt her to teach you a new recipe each time you visit. She has a total of 10 new recipes to teach you.
Lou will only teach you the recipe for Autumn Sun once you’ve successfully cooked all of the following dishes before visiting her:

The Sun Stones aren’t food, but they can only be sold to Huang. You can start selling items to Huang once you become friends with him at 4 friendship notes.
Huang will offer you a price, which you can reject for a chance at getting him to bid higher.
