Super Caffeine is a type of medicine that you can buy or make in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town. The best time to cook Super Caffeine is in the Summer or Autumn because you can harvest the ingredients needed for it all season long!

Learning the Recipe
Lou is the visitor from the Forgotten Valley that appears in Mineral Town after you offer 75 gifts to the Harvest Goddess. You can visit her in her room on the 2nd floor of Dudley’s Inn every Sunday.
Befriending Lou will prompt her to teach you a new recipe each time you visit. She has a total of 10 new recipes to teach you. There are prerequisites for learning a new recipe, though!
Lou will only teach you the recipe for Super Caffeine once you’ve successfully cooked at least any seven of the following dishes before visiting her:
