Uses Breed animals (except chickens)

Animal Breeding Kits are tools that allow you to impregnate Cows, Sheep, Alpacas, and Angora Rabbits. This is the only way to create offspring with higher maximum heart levels than their parents.

With breeding kits, you can expand your livestock population cost-effectively while raising animals to their maximum potential. Breeding your livestock is also the only way to harvest higher-quality animal products.

Note: Chickens are the only animals that don’t require breeding kits. For new chickens you just place an egg in the coop’s incubator to hatch a new chick.

There are four different types of breeding kits available, each designed for specific animals.

How To Breed

To use a Breeding Kit, equip it from your toolbox and interact with any compatible adult animal. It should then begin the pregnancy cycle.

The breeding process is straightforward but requires meeting specific conditions for success.

Breeding Requirements
Animal Age The animal must be a fully-grown adult
Fur/Fleece Status The animal must have fully regrown its fur or fleece (not applicable to Cows)
Coop Upgrade Big Coop upgrade required for Angora Rabbits only
Daily Care Pregnant animals must be fed every day to achieve the fastest pregnancy period

Note: If a birth is scheduled to occur on the same day as a festival or holiday, it will be moved to the next day in favor of the festival.

Pregnancy & Maturation Times

Different animals have varying pregnancy periods and baby maturation times. Proper daily feeding during pregnancy will reduce the time needed.

Animal Timelines
Animal Pregnancy Time Baby Maturation Time
Cow 21-30 days 14-20 days
