The Hoe is the third tool in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town. It can be used to till your farmland’s soil, allowing you to plant and grow crops.
The Hoe is one of the first six tools you get at the start of the game. They can be found inside the Tool Box just outside your house.

Hoe Upgrades
You can upgrade your Hoe at Saibara’s Blacksmith shop to increase the number of tiles it can till in a single use. Higher-level upgrades require specific ores and a certain amount of experience using the tool.
