Buffaloes are one of several animals you can acquire to raise on your farm.
They have the highest Bazaar Rank requirement of any barn animal, as they’re only available to purchase after you reach Bazaar Rank 4. They are also the most expensive animal you can purchase.
Unlike regular Cows, Brown Cows, and Black Cows which all produce regular Milk, Buffaloes produce Buffalo Milk. This is a a distinct and more valuable animal product. You can harvest it daily using the Milker.
Each milking session yields 1-3 bottles of Buffalo Milk based on the following chances each day:

There is also a 4% base chance that your Buffaloes will produce a rare product (Buffalo Milk +) instead of regular Buffalo Milk. This chance increases as your animal’s Happiness stat increases.
Acquisition
Buffalo Calves and adult Buffaloes can be purchased from Ramon’s Critters for 8,000 G and 16,000 G respectively, but only after reaching Bazaar Rank 4.
Ramon will only offer Buffalo Calves (baby Buffaloes) initially, but adult Buffaloes will eventually be added to his rotation after you have purchased at least one Buffalo Calf.
