Sheep are one of several livestock animals that you can acquire to raise on your farm. They are available from the start with no Bazaar Rank requirement, making them one of the earliest wool-producing animals you can own (alongside regular Alpacas).

Sheep produce Wool which you can harvest with the Clippers. It takes 3 days for a Sheep to regrow their wool after shearing, which is one day faster than Alpacas and Brown Alpacas.

Additionally, Sheep have a 6% base chance to produce a rare product (Wool +) when sheared. This chance increases as your animal’s Happiness stat increases.

Note: Unlike Cows and Chickens, Sheep do not need to have been fed the previous day in order to be sheared, and wool can be harvested regardless of feeding or health status.

Acquisition

Lambs and adult Sheep can be purchased from Ramon’s Critters for 4,000 G and 8,000 G respectively. Sheep have no Bazaar Rank requirement and are available to purchase from the start.

Ramon will only offer Lambs (baby Sheep) initially, but adult Sheep will eventually be added to his rotation after you have purchased at least one Lamb.
