There are four Seasonal Sun Stones you can acquire in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar.
One you’ll get by default, but the other three need to be crafted at windmills.
You can place a Seasonal Sun Stone into its related pillar in your basement field to be able to grow any crops or fruits year-round that would normally only grow during certain seasons. You can eventually have all four stones active simultaneously, allowing you to grow any crops or fruits all year long in your cellar field.

Preparing Materials in Advance
Crafting all of the Sun Stones can take time and will require several rare materials.
So gathering these materials ahead of time allows you to craft the stones early on & use them as soon as your cellar is built.
