The Yellow Windmill is the third and final windmill you unlock in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. It’s located on the path leading up to the Mountain Area entrance.

To access this windmill you’ll need to reach Bazaar Rank 4. At that point Isaac’s request “Working Windmills” becomes available. Complete the request and the Yellow Windmill gets unlocked for use.

Tool Upgrades

The Yellow Windmill handles Orichalcum tool upgrades and the final Ultimate tier upgrades. But the Ultimate tools require the Purple Wonderstone, so those are listed lower on this page in the Purple Wonderstone table.
