Fodder is food for your large barn animals in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. This includes Cows, Buffalos, Sheep, Suffolk Sheep, Alpacas, and Brown Alpacas.
When you keep any of those animals indoors, you’ll need to put Fodder into their feed boxes in their barn (or hand-feed them) to keep them happy & healthy.
The most cost-effective way to get Fodder is to grow it and harvest it from your own pasture. You can do this by planting Fodder Seeds, letting the grass spread, then cutting it with your sickle.
You can also buy Fodder year-round from Miguel’s Mercantile for 140 G.
Note: Large barn animals eat fodder, while your smaller animals (Chickens and Silkie Chickens) will eat Chicken Feed.
