The Glossy Flower Balloons (つやつやなフラワーバルーン) are a bazaar decor item in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. They are a large decoration item in the Florist series that can be placed at your bazaar stall. These balloons provide the Quality Up effect, which adds a quality bonus to the sale price calculation for items sold at your stall.

You can obtain the Glossy Flower Balloons as a mail gift from Felix after you complete all villager requests in the game.

The Glossy Flower Balloons are the highest-tier item in a set of three flower balloon decorations, each providing increasingly powerful versions of the Quality Up effect:
