It provides the Trend Effects Up effect, which boosts all trend-related bonuses including sale prices, Cheer Gauge gains, and Happy Energy gains during bazaar days.
You can obtain this item as a mail gift from Felix after you earn 50,000,000 G in total bazaar sales, which awards you the “Grand Bazaar” title. Once you reach this milestone, the other three seasonal wagons (Summer, Autumn, and Winter) also become available for purchase at Rebecca’s Decor.
