The Emperor Butterfly (オオムラサキ) is a rare butterfly that can be caught during spring in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar.
It is a flying bug found in the air near Field 3 on your farm, so you will need to purchase the Extra Field Expansion from Wilbur’s Workshop first before this can spawn.
Emperor Butterflies appear throughout the entire month of spring during daytime hours from 6:00 AM to 5:59 PM. They require clear weather to spawn, appearing only when it’s sunny or cloudy.
