Summer Tea Leaves are a field crop that can be acquired by planting Tea Seeds during Summer. They share the same growth pattern as Spring and Autumn Tea Leaves, but the season determines which type of tea leaves you harvest.

Unlike the other seasonal tea leaves, Summer Tea Leaves are used in cooking, as they’re a required ingredient for making Wrapped Rice Cakes. They can also be processed at the Yellow Windmill to create Sencha Tea Tin, Oolong Tea Tin, or Pu’er Tea Tin.

Tea Seeds can be purchased from Miguel’s Mercantile: Bazaar Branch for 140 G. The seeds are available in Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Growth

Tea leaves take 9 days to grow from seed to harvest (or 7 days if watered twice daily). Each plot yields 5 tea leaves per harvest.

Tea is also regrowable. So after harvesting, the plant returns to its prior growth phase and can be harvested again up to 3 times total before needing to be replanted.
