The Shining Fish (かがやく魚) is a guardian fish in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar.
It can only be caught in the Mountains (Upstream) fishing zone during the fall season.
This fish also has extremely strict spawn requirements: it only appears on sunny days when there is no wind (Wind Level 0), and only during the afternoon hours between 12:00 PM and 4:59 PM.
You will also need at least an Orichalcum Fishing Rod, which makes this one of the most complex fish to catch in the entire game.
