The Silver Carp (ハクレン) is a large fish that can be caught year-round in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar.
It spawns in Zephyr Town (West and Central zones) as well as the Mountain area (Midstream).
Despite being available in all seasons and weather conditions, the Silver Carp has a rare probability of spawning, so it might take a little while before you reel one in. But no special fishing rod is required to catch one.
