Adamantite is an extremely rare and valuable ore in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar.
Unlike most other ores and gems, Adamantite cannot be mined. It can only be acquired in two ways: (1) purchased from The Emp-ore-ium for a hefty 280,000 G after you reach Bazaar Rank 6, or (2) or won as a 1st place prize at Prize Palooza.
Note: Adamantite does not have a star quality value like other foraged items.
