Chestnuts are one of the more valuable foraged items in the game, selling for 150G at base quality (★0.5). They can also be used in cooking or they can be processed into Bottled Chestnuts at the Red Windmill.

Quality
The quality level of foraged items (like Chestnuts) gets determined by your friendship level with Ivy the nature sprite.
Increasing your friendship sprite level with Ivy boosts the star quality of all foraged items you collect. Quality increases every 4 levels, starting at ★0.5 (Lv.0) and maxing out at ★7 (Lv.50).
