Quality

Mushroom quality is determined by two factors:

  1. Spore Quality: Higher quality spores produce higher quality mushrooms.
  2. Webby’s Friendship Level: Increasing your sprite friendship level with Webby (by giving them mushrooms) further boosts the star quality of all mushrooms you collect.

We share more details about how to grow mushrooms on our mushroom cultivation page.

Note: Fertilizer cannot be used on mushroom logs. So the only way to improve quality is through spore quality and Webby’s Friendship Level.

Windmill Processing

Shimeji Mushrooms can be processed at the Blue Windmill to create Shimeji Spores.
