Horse Treats are an item you can use to raise your horse’s Friendship level.
You can craft them at the Red Windmill from one Wheat and one Carrot, or you can buy them from Miguel’s Mercantile year-round for 693 G.
Horse Treats become available after the event on Summer 14, Year 1, when Ramon gives you a horse.
You can feed Horse Treats directly to your horse to boost its Friendship level. A higher Friendship stat will increase your horse’s top running speed, making it faster to travel around.
