You can purchase the Yellow Wonderstone from Felipe’s Fineries at the bazaar for 140,000 G. It is available year-round after you unlock the stall (requires Bazaar Rank 5 and a bazaar request).
Effect Details
When active in a windmill, the Yellow Wonderstone grants bonus items based on how many items you process in a single batch:

The bonus items are the same quality as the rest of the batch. This effectively gives you free extra products from the same ingredients.
