Olives are a fruit tree crop that you can grow and harvest in fall.

Unlike most crops, Olives cannot be used directly in cooking recipes. Instea, they must first be processed into Olive Oil at the Blue Windmill, which can then be used in many recipes like Focaccia Bread or Bagna Cauda. Olives can also be processed directly at the Yellow Windmill to make an Olive Tea Tin.

Olive Seedlings can be purchased from Fruitopia for 910 G during fall, but only after you reach Bazaar Rank 5.

Growth

Olive trees take 14 days to grow from seedling to first harvest. Unlike field crops, fruit trees do not require watering.

Once fully grown, the tree will continue to produce fruit indefinitely as long as it remains in season. After each harvest, the tree returns to the bud stage and regrows new fruit. Each tree yields 5 olives per harvest.
