She asks for your help by providing some pickled foods to replace them. Give her any 10 pickled items to complete the request.

How to Complete
Step 1: Grow any crop that can be processed into a Pickled item at any of your unlocked Windmills.
Here are some early-game crops you could grow to then pickle easily at the Red Windmill:

Step 2: Get 10 Vinegar by either buying it from Felix’s Fixings for 196 G each, or processing your own Vinegar at the Red Windmill using Rice grown from Rice Seeds purchased at Miguel’s Mercantile for 154 G.
You will need 1 bottle of Vinegar for each pickled item.
Step 3: Once you have 10 crops and 10 vinegar, go to the Red Windmill to process them into pickled food.
Deliver the 10 pickled foods to Clara to complete the request.
