You can buy fertilizer from Miguel’s Mercantile, or make your own in the Red Windmill by processing Weeds or any Rotted Items.
Step 2: Harvest your crop when it’s ready and deliver it to Diana to complete the request.
Tip: It’s worth processing some of your harvested crops in the Blue Windmill to craft higher-quality seeds for your next planting batch.
