He asks you to catch some fish as a favor so his wife can prepare them for dinner.
Catch three small fish and give them to him to complete the request.
How to Complete
Just go to any river or pond in town. Then equip your fishing rod and cast your line.
Wait for a bite — a “!” will appear above your head when a fish takes the bait.
Once you get a bite, press the action button to start reeling.
The fishing mini-game has you follow random on-screen directional prompts; pressing the wrong button will cause your rod’s durability to drain faster.
Once you’ve caught 3 small fish, deliver them to Wilbur to complete the request.
