Plant as many seeds as possible to increase the probability of a rare crop appearing.
You should also boost the quality of your crops by fertilizing them daily. Higher-quality crops have a greater chance of yielding rare variants.
Tip: Before watering your crops you can eat foods that grants Watering Rare Crop % (Lv. 1-4), such as Mashed Potatoes and Caprese Salad. You can also visit Kagetsu for a divination, as one of her blessings can give the same effect.
When your crops are ready, harvest them and check your bag for any irregular-shaped rare crops. Some crops may appear noticeably different from the others even before harvesting.
