Isaac has misplaced an important tool he needs to fix the windmills and is in a bit of a bind. He’s hoping you might spot it somewhere on the bazaar grounds.
Help him track down his lost tool so he can unlock the next Windmill for you.
How to Complete
Go to the far southwestern side of the bazaar grounds and look for a sparkly spot on the ground beside the benches.
Interact with the sparkly spot to retrieve Isaac’s lost tool. Then bring it back to Isaac to complete the request.
