Felipe’s Fineries is one of 21 unlockable stalls operating at the bazaar each week.
It is run by Felipe, the final brother of Miguel and Ramon. He sells various items including some fodders, fruit tree seedlings, and rare Wonderstones.
This stall is unlocked after you reach Bazaar Rank 5, and after you complete the request “Felipe Issues a Challenge”. Felipe’s Fineries can be found in the southwest corner of the bazaar area, before the stairs reaching the upper level.
