Treasureland is a stall at the weekly bazaar that’s run by Charles.
Charles offers recycling services, and he will take trash that you’ve obtained from fishing in exchange for more valuable items.
Treasureland is unlocked after you reach Bazaar Rank 4 and after you complete the “Charles has Plans” request. The stall can be found on the upper west side of the bazaar grounds.

The first two items on the list (the Power Berry and Feather Jewel) can only be purchased once, and the Feather Jewel only becomes available after reaching Bazaar Rank 6. The rest of the inventory has an unlimited stock and are available immediately.

Recycling Purchase
Charles will also purchase recyclables for a considerably higher price than selling them yourself. So it is never advisable to sell trash at your own bazaar stall.
