Tools are essential equipment for managing your farm in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar.
You’ll receive all 8 tools from villagers during your first week in Zephyr Town. Five of these tools can be upgraded over time at the various windmills to increase their effectiveness.

Tool Upgrades
Five tools can be upgraded to improve their performance: the Hoe, Watering Can, Sickle, Hatchet, and Fishing Rod. Upgrades are processed at the three windmills using the tool itself plus materials like ores and lumber.
Note: You cannot use a tool while it is being processed.
