The Milker is used to collect milk from any types of cows and buffalos.
When any cow or buffalo is able to produce milk, a milker bubble icon appears above its head, indicating that it can be milked.
Where to Get
You receive the Milker from Felix on Spring 5, Year 1, during the animal care tutorial.
Felix visits your barn and demonstrates the basics of livestock care, giving you the Brush, Milker, and Clippers at the same time.
How to Use
When the milker bubble icon appears above a cow or buffalo, stand next to the animal, equip the Milker, and right-click to collect the milk.
Animals can be milked once per day, provided they ate food (or grazed outside) the previous day.
If the bubble icon does not appear, check that the feeder contains fodder, or allow your animals to graze outside on sunny or cloudy days.
Each milking will yield 1-3 bottles of milk at random.
A higher Friendship stat improves the quality of the milk you get, while higher Happiness increases the chances of getting a rare byproduct like Milk+ or Buffalo Milk+.
